Undef - такой статус PCS имеет, если он сконфигурирован, но не синхронизирован с основным CS. После выполнения команды pcscopy статус станет INACTIVE (если все настроено правильно, само ообой). Если линк до основного CS порвался и полка перешла на PCS, статус станет ACTIVE.

PCS Software Download

   The software download procedure for a PCS is identical to that of a Call Server.

   The software version of the Passive Communication Server must always be the same or more recent than that of the Call Server.

PCS System Configuration

With the netadmin tool, configure IP dat a:

   Declare the physical IP address of the PCS, the netmask, the default router.

   Declare the physical and role addresses of the Call Server in the hosts file of the Passive Communication Server.

   If needed configure other functions for which configuration files are not transfered from the CS at resynchronization, see module Passive Communication Server (PCS) / Detailed description § Database.

With the swinst tool:

   Create an empty database.

   Enable the autostart mode.

   Set date and time.

PCS Database Resynchronization

The PCS database must be identical to that of the Call Server.

After creating an empty database and starting the telephone applications on the PCS, use the pcscopy tool on the Call Server to manually launch the synchronization of the PCS database. At the end of the copy, the PCS starts automatically.

У нас на этой плате PCS. Подрядчики почему-то не настроили его до конца.
Он в состоянии UNDEF по команде config 0.

вам необходимо через swinst убрать автостарт телефонии ( swinst 2-6-2-2)
ребутнуть атс
далее в netadmin -m посмотреть конфигурацию сетевых интерфейсов скопировал куда-нибудь в текстовый файл
далее коннектимся через сом-порт и запускаем netadmin и заново прописываем ip-адреса. если у вас нет x25 то выбираем "n", далее выбираем тип роли процессора на предложение (standalone n, xa - a, xb - b) указываем имя процессора IP-адрес маску и если выбрано a/b указываем ролевое имя IP-адрес маску, в самом конце спросит про gateway, скажите "y" если надо с указанием имени gateway и IP-адреса

рубут атс
и в командной строке RUNTEL это ручной старт телефонии, если все нормально то включить автостарт телефонии ( swinst 2-6-2-1)

Как правило - телефония не стартовала и процессор не знает свою роль (MAIN или STAND-BY).
